SMS Terms of Service

Warens Financial Group ("we," "us") operates an SMS text-messaging program for consumers who have provided express written consent. Messages relate to mortgage products and services and may include loan application and status updates, document requests, appointment confirmations and reminders, rate alerts, educational content, and marketing communications.

You may enroll by (a) submitting a form on warensfinancial.com and checking the SMS consent box, (b) providing written or verbal consent to a Warens Financial Group team member, or (c) texting an opt-in keyword to our business number. Consent is not a condition of any purchase, loan application, or service.

Message frequency varies based on your engagement and the status of your inquiry or application. You may receive multiple messages per week during active stages of a loan process.

Warens Financial Group does not charge a fee for the messages themselves; message and data rates may apply from your carrier. Contact your wireless provider with questions about your plan.

Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. We also honor any reasonable revocation of consent, including replying QUIT, CANCEL, END, UNSUBSCRIBE, or telling any team member you no longer wish to receive texts, and revocation requests made by phone at (832) 304-0077 or email at admin@warensfinancial.com. Opt-out requests are processed promptly and in all cases within ten (10) business days, after which you will receive at most one final confirmation message. To rejoin, opt in again through any method above.

We send messages between 8:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. based on your local time.

The program is supported on major U.S. carriers, including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

We may update these SMS Terms from time to time; the "Last updated" date above reflects the current version. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
