Sandra joined Warens as Chief Growth Officer after six years in the real estate industry, including home and title insurance. She was drawn in by dear friends and longtime referral partners, Franklin and Adriana, and by something more personal: when she and her children were starting a new chapter of their own, Warens helped them find a new home, and she saw firsthand how much this company cares about families.

Today she leads the growth of the Warens loan officer network and builds strategic partnerships between realtors and loan officers, driving connection through the community events and relationships she cultivates. She looks for professionals who share a client-first philosophy and understand that every relationship matters, not just every transaction.
