Lizette Giraldo

Lizette's mortgage story starts in 2004, when a friend whose parents owned a New York brokerage told her the job was people and numbers. She said yes to both, built her foundation as a processor, and when the 2008 market turned, spent the next 12 years in insurance helping clients protect what mattered most.

In 2020 her family moved to Houston, and she knew it was time to come home to mortgages. She returned as a processor, earned her Mortgage Loan Originator license in 2022, and joined Warens shortly after. Having worked both sides of a file, processing and origination, she sees every stage of the journey before it happens.

She knew Warens was right from her first interview, which felt less like an interview and more like a conversation about life. That feeling is what she passes on to clients: nobody should ever feel like they are going through this alone. She stays available, communicates at every step, and treats every loan like it is for her own family.
