Get to know Lauren.
Lauren was born and raised in Cuba and came to the United States in 2021 in search of freedom and bigger opportunities. She started over in Houston from zero, working as a medical assistant and in restaurants while building her own beauty and media business one client at a time.
She is self-taught in everything she does, from makeup artistry to photography, videography, editing, and brand strategy. A perfectionist by nature, she learns and studies every single day, always evolving. She started in marketing in 2024 in the plastic surgery world, but she wanted an industry that keeps evolving the way she does and truly helps people grow. That is what brought her to Warens.
Today she leads marketing at Warens, from social media and content to the Learning Center. Through her own media company she keeps sharpening her craft in photography, video, and brand strategy, and she brings all of it to the Warens brand and the families it serves.
