Itze has spent six years in the mortgage industry, the last three of them at Warens, where she leads the processing department. She works shoulder to shoulder with loan officers, processors, and clients so every loan moves smoothly and efficiently.

She got into mortgages to make a real difference in people's lives. Buying a home is one of the biggest milestones there is, and she loves being part of that journey. Warens, she says, does not feel like a 9 to 6; it feels like a workplace she can call home, where everyone helps each other grow.
