Gaby came to the mortgage world through her best friend Ana, trading a career in recruiting for the chance to help families reach a much bigger milestone. Two and a half years into the industry and over a year at Warens, she manages files on Ana's team from application to closing.
What made her stay is the same thing clients feel when they work with her: a culture where everyone is willing to help one another. She listens first, keeps families informed, and treats great customer service as the whole job, not a bonus.
