Diana spent six years in banking, working her way up from teller to branch manager. When there was no more room to grow, she followed the two things she loved most about the job, helping people with loans and working with numbers, into the mortgage industry in 2022.

She joined Warens in January 2024 for the culture, the energy, and the proximity to people operating at a high level, and she grew fast. She leads her own team with heart, handles pressure with calm, and is often the first one in and the last to leave.

Most of her clients are first-time homebuyers and families moving up, and her promise to them is simple: guidance with clarity, and care like family.

Her village: family, friends, and teammates she loves. Traveling the world, pilates and HIIT classes, movies, pool weekends, and, dorky as it sounds, personal and business development, for herself, her team, and her partners.

She explores Houston like a tourist, always finding a new restaurant or activity, and people are surprised to learn she played cello for 8 years and soccer for 10.
