These SMS Terms of Service (“SMS Terms”) govern your participation in the text messaging program (“Program”) operated by Warens Financial Group (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By opting in to receive text messages from us, you agree to these SMS Terms.

Program Description

The Warens Financial Group SMS Program sends text messages to consumers who have provided express written consent to receive messages regarding mortgage products, home loan options, interest rates, application updates, and related services.

How to Opt In

You may opt in to receive text messages from Warens Financial Group by:

  • Submitting a contact, quote, or pre-qualification form on our website at warensfinancial.com and checking the SMS consent box
  • Providing verbal or written consent to a Warens Financial Group loan officer during a call or in-person meeting
  • Texting a keyword to our published business number

By opting in, you confirm that you are the subscriber or customary user of the mobile phone number provided and that you authorize Warens Financial Group to send text messages to that number.

Types of Messages

After opting in, you may receive the following types of messages from us:

  • Marketing and promotional messages about mortgage products, refinancing options, and rate updates
  • Informational messages related to your inquiry, application, or loan
  • Reminders, follow-ups, and customer service responses
  • Account or transaction-related notifications

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your engagement and the status of your inquiry or application. You may receive multiple messages per week during active communications.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. The cost of messages is determined by your wireless carrier and your mobile plan. Warens Financial Group does not charge a fee for the messages themselves. Please contact your wireless carrier for details about your messaging plan.

How to Opt Out (STOP)

You may opt out of the SMS Program at any time by replying STOP to any text message you receive from us. After replying STOP, you will receive a final confirmation message and will not receive further marketing text messages from Warens Financial Group.

To resubscribe after opting out, reply START or submit a new opt-in through our website.

The Program is available on most major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Mobile Information & Privacy

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information (including your phone number and SMS consent records) collected through the Program will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties under any circumstances.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of the United States to participate in the Program. By opting in, you represent that you meet these requirements.

Consent Is Not a Condition

Your consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of obtaining a mortgage, loan, or any other product or service from Warens Financial Group. You can apply for and receive our services without opting in to text messages.
